Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of ConnectPath (the "Service") operated by ConnectPath ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ConnectPath is a marketplace that matches B2B sales teams ("Requesters") with vetted professionals ("Connectors") who can provide warm introductions to specific decision-makers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Credits & Subscriptions
- Requesters purchase subscription plans that include monthly intro credits.
- Credits are consumed only when a meeting is confirmed by both parties.
- Unused credits roll over per the plan terms (max cap applies).
- Credits are refunded if an accepted intro does not result in a meeting within 21 days.
- Extra credits may be purchased separately at the rate specified on the pricing page.
4. Connector Revenue Share
Connectors receive up to 90% of the introduction fee per confirmed meeting. ConnectPath retains the remainder as platform commission. Payouts are processed after the meeting is confirmed.
5. Acceptable Use
- No spam, harassment, or misuse of the platform.
- Connectors must only accept briefs for which they have genuine relationships.
- Requesters must provide accurate context about themselves and their offer.
- No circumvention of the platform to avoid fees after a successful match.
6. Connector Anonymity
Connectors remain anonymous to Requesters until they explicitly opt in to a specific brief.
7. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes from introductions. Connectors are independent professionals, not employees of ConnectPath.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectPath is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Berlin, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
