What you're paying for

The fee applies when all four of these are true:

  • The person matches the role and seniority in your brief.
  • They hold or influence budget in the relevant area.
  • Their company fits the criteria you set — size, geography, use case.
  • The meeting took place. Both sides attended.

If any one of these doesn't hold, you're not charged and we re-match you.

When you're not charged

  • The meeting doesn't happen — no charge.
  • The buyer doesn't show up — no charge. We reschedule or re-match.
  • The person doesn't match your brief — no charge.

Nothing is paid upfront, so there is nothing to refund.

When do I pay?

Only after the meeting has taken place. No meeting, no charge, and nothing is paid upfront.

What if the meeting isn't qualified?

Then you're not charged. A meeting counts only if the person matches the role and seniority in your brief, holds or influences budget in the relevant area, works at a company that fits your criteria, and actually attended. If any of that doesn't hold, tell us within five business days and we'll re-match you at no cost.

What happens if the buyer doesn't show up?

No charge. The connector reschedules once; if the second attempt doesn't happen either, we re-match you.

How is the price set?

It depends on the market, the seniority of the person you need to reach, the target company profile and how many meetings you want. Take the fit check and our team puts a package together for you.
